In 2003, a man named Terry Hooper was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy, a disease which affects the heart's ability to pump blood. As time went on, his condition worsened. His aortic valves was leaking and that he was in desperate need of heart transplant.

As his body began to give up, Terry was placed on the transplant list. At this point, his heart was working at 5%.

#5 Transplant Between Levi And Terry

It just so happened that Levi and Terry were a match on the transplant list, so three days after his official death, the transplant was conducted.

4 years later, Lisa had the opportunity to meet Terry, face-to-face, for the first time

Terry let Lisa hear his heartbeat and told her, this was her son's. It was a very touching gesture. Lisa said, "I get happiness and sadness at the same time. Sad that my son is not here, but happy that he was able to help Terry and that a part of him is still alive."
