We all have at least one friend whose home always manages to smell amazing… it’s as though their entire house just came straight out of the laundry machine, giving you that sense of cleanliness and serenity. But how do they do it? I mean, I keep my house clean and I use air fresheners but my place just doesn’t even come close. Well, it looks like the secret’s out, thanks to Cincy Shopper! Think of this as home-made DIY Febreze, except it’s cheaper and many of us agree that it smells even better! #1 The secret weapon? Downey Unstopables! These little beads are usually used for your laundry and they are available in different scents.
#2 Here’s what you’ll need: a quarter cup of the Unstopables , four tablespoons of baking soda, a cup of boiling water, and an empty spray bottle.

#3 Combine the ingredients and let it sit until all of the beads have dissolved (at least 30 minutes).
#4 Pour the mixture into the spray bottle (a funnel helps!).

#5 Ta-da! That’s it! Now use this incredible concoction on pretty much anything… carpets, furniture, clothes, curtains, etc. Congratulations: your home smells AMAZING!
