Many celebrities walked on the Red Carpet of Hollywood’s most glamorous event, the 88th Academy Awards, which took place on February 28. However, for many, this was not their first time. But do you remember how they looked in their very first walk in Oscars? Take a look at how and if the most famous celebrities of all times have changed over these years.

#1 Leonardo DiCpario-1996 & 2016

Leonardo DiCpario was 22-years-old in the first picture. It was taken at the Oscars where he was invited after starring in the romantic drama Romeo + Juliet. This was even before achieving international fame with James Cameron's epic romance Titanic. The last picture was taken this year, after he had won the Oscar for Best Actor for The Revenant.

#2 Kate Winslet-1996 & 2016

In 1996, Kate Winslet starred in both Jude and Hamlet. The first movie was acclaimed among critics and landed the actress an invitation to the Oscars.

The second picture of her was taken this year. The actress only release of 2016 was John Hillcoat's crime-thriller Triple 9, in which she appears as a Russian-Israeli mafia moll, described by Hillcoat as âÂ€Â˜a really glamorous, nasty piece of work'.

Matt Damon received praise for his role as the eponymous character in Saving Private Ryan in 1998. That year he took his mother to the Oscars. This year however he took his wife, Luciana Bozan Barroso, with whom he has three daughters and a stepdaughter from Barroso's prior marriage.

Drew Barrymore was 14-years-old when she first walked the Red Carpet at the Oscars. Her date that night was Corey Feldman.

In 2010, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in Miniseries or Television Film for her portrayal of Little Edie in Grey Gardens.
