Once again, The Simpsons has succeeded in freaking us out. The long-running animated comedy is known for making predictions about events way ahead of them happening in real life. It's hard to forget how the spooky show anticipated in 2000 that America would elect Donald Trump as its president but Donald Trump's presidency is just one of many predictions and the list is long enough to drive us crazy.

The FIFA corruption scandal, Ebola breakout in America, the unnerving news regarding "Greece being sold by Europe on eBay" and Lady Gaga's super bowl performance are some of the spookiest predictions that were made by the creepy show and it seems like the foretelling is never going to end and the series is going to frighten us forever.

Recently, it was noted that 20 years ago, the show's episode “When You Dish Upon A Star” made a bold prediction. The episode involved a scene with an image showing the 20th Century Fox logo under which the words "A DIVISION OF WALT DISNEY CO" were stamped. The nerve-racking prediction from 20 years ago turned into reality on this Thursday when it was announced that Disney agreed to take control of 21st Century Fox Inc. in a deal worth a whopping $52.4billion.

Ryan W.Mead was the first person to notice the eerie prediction made in 1998. He posted about it on Twitter saying, "With the possibility of 20th Century Fox being sold to Disney, let me be one of the first to point out the Simpsons predicted it."

Another Twitter user Darren Rovell also came out on Twitter to post about the unusual happening. "Disney announces it has reached a deal to acquire 21st Century Fox, as predicted by a Simpsons episode that first aired on November 8, 1998", he tweeted.

The QUESTION making us all curious is that "How many more spine-chilling predictions are there to be made by the weird show?"
