In his past interview, Jackman told that he and Deborah has set some family rules and no matter what they have to follow it, one of which is Jackman will never be apart from his family for more than 2 weeks. Even if it's 36 hours, Jackman would have to fly home from the movie set. This family rule was set by Deborah, as being an actor herself, Deborra knew that how distance affects the relationship and she wanted to make sure that at least this factor never comes in with their love.
