#1 Shocking Allegations Against Fassbender In Revealed Court Documents

In a disturbing turn of events, it has been revealed that German-Irish actor Michael Fassbender has been accused of violently abusing his ex-girlfriend on two events in the past. In 2010, Fassbender's ex-girlfriend Sunawin accused the actor of alleged domestic violence and filed a case against him. Now the court documents have resurfaced again and needless to say the accusations have shocked not only the public but also the Entertainment world.

#2 Fassbender Was Drunk Driving The Car In Anger

According to Sunawin, as stated in the court documents, Fassbender turned violent on two events. The alleged incident took place when the ex-couple met Sunawin's ex-boyfriend on a dinner date. The model's statement read, "Michael was drinking and became angry. Michael was driving my car dangerously fast and screaming at me. I begged him to stop the car in fear of an accident or for my children [18 and three years old] who were home asleep."

#3 Fassbender Allegedly Drove The Car, Dragging Sunawin Along With It

Sunawin further claimed that Fassbender drove off with dragging her along with it, "As we got closer to my house I put my car in stop. Got out walked around the car to pull a key from the ignition. Michael drove of[f] dragging me along from the car…"

Sunawin horrifyingly reveals that after the incident left her badly injured, "He stopped after he realized I could not walk and get out of the car. He picked me up and put me in the car as my friends pulled up behind us. They stayed the night to help calm things. I went to the hospital and had a twisted left ankle, blown out left knee cap and burst ovarian cyst. Lots of internal bleeding."

#4 Second Alleged Incident Left Sunawin With A Broken Nose

The second alleged incident took place in July 2009, where Sunawin claims that Fassbender turned violent towards her and hit her pretty badly, "He began to be violent and threw me over a chair, breaking my nose."

#5 Taking Back Her Case In 2010 Without Giving A Reason

After filing the case, Sunawin was granted temporary restraining order, however, one day before being granted a permanent order the model took back her case without making any statement. In the documents, she had also asked for $24,000 to pay her medical bills. Despite these allegations, Fassbender has never publicly commented on these allegations. The actor is currently married to Alicia Vikander.
