Need a expensive gel liner?
Grab a pencil liner heat it with a hair dryer or a lighter or anything else, maintaining a little distance, to make sure you don't over heat it.
-heat it for about 3-4 seconds.
-for better results apply it with a winged liner brush or your liquid liner brush.

-apply a concealer and then a white liner near your eye lids smudge it a little with your fingers
-apply any eyeshadow then and rock it girl for the whole day!

-Apply white liner on your brow bone and above your brow shaping it out with the white liner, smudge it with a smudging brush or your fingers and you're done.
