Twitter users became enraged and called for their arrests after seeing a French policewoman accompany mutilator dentist Lionel Guedj to a police van.
After promising his victims "celebrity smiles," multimillionaire dentist Lionel Guedj was apprehended and imprisoned for mutilating hundreds of patients and thousands of teeth.
However, viewers of footage and images of the 42-year-old being led to a police car instantly turned their attention to a specific area of one of the officers' bodies as they led Guedj to the waiting vehicle.
As the Ferrari-driving, yacht-owning, and owner of many apartments, Guedj was virtually ignored, and Twitter went into meltdown.
One commenter searched for the video to determine if what they saw was real since they thought the photo had undergone some post-production trickery: "I just knew this was photoshopped. But NOPE! She’s at the end of the video!" they said.
One person simply posted "MY GAWD," along with a cropped image of the questioned police officer.
"Bruh this is no longer about the dentist," said another.
Some considered drastic action to get a little closer to the action, "Anyone else feeling the urge to break the law?" said one user.
Another said: "Someone please give me the name of this district, I need to be arrested."
One reader did refer to the article, claiming that their family had been mistreated by their dentist, but they were quickly knocked down by another user who wrote: "are you talking about the ass.... if not we don't care right now give us a few minutes."
Someone astutely observed: "No one is talking about the millionaire dentist and the patients he mutilated."
Guedj and his father Carnot Guedj were both removed from the dental registry, in case that's of interest.
In addition, the two were found responsible for inflicting "voluntary violence leading to mutilation or a permanent disability" on 327 patients. Guedj received an eight-year sentence, while Carnot, the father, received a five-year prison term.
