Medical experts are of the opinion that women's brains are a lot more complex than an average man's. They are wired differently and hence the requirements are also different. On an average, a woman needs 20 more minutes of sleep than her man. However, this may differ from body to body.

According to a recent survey, women who were poor-sleepers were also stricken by various mental disorders. Ladies are more prone to high levels of psychological stress, depression, anger-management issues, and anxiety-related disorders. On the other hand, sleep-deprived men do not suffer from any of these health problems.
