Janet Jackson Pregnant At 50 And Looking Great!

Earlier this year Janet postponed tours and announced that she and her husband Wissam Al Mana are expecting a baby.

The couple wed secretly in 2012 and kept it a secret until 2013.

She's good at keeping secrets!

Postponed indefinitely

Back in April of this year Janet announced in a tweet, that she and her husband were planning a family.

This is what she said:

"We're in the second leg of the tour and there actually has been a sudden change," she said in a video tweet. "Please, if you could try and understand that it's important that I do this now...But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can,"

She also stated that it was doctor's orders that she get plenty of bed-rest.

Turns out that she ended up canceling the tour all together.

Only Janet knows for sure

It is unclear if Janet is pregnant by natural means or by IVF. While it isn't impossible to get pregnant in your late 40's and even your 50's but it usually requires the help of technology.

Other than a tumor the doctors removed from her throat in February, Janet appears to be handling her pregnancy with no health problems. She claims that she is taking extra special care of herself and is healthier now than ever.

Other sources say she's gained over 100 pounds and that her health is at risk.

I see a little baby bump!

It is also unknown as to "when" the baby is due but she and her family say it was divine intervention, a gift from God. She has always wanted children. She said she also feels that Michael working from the other side.

Family members say they hope she has a girl. The family says there are enough boys in the family and it's time for another girl.

Janet probably already knows but is keeping that a secret too!

Another secret

No one knew this until Rene Elizondo, Jr filed for a divorce in 2000, but the two had been married since 1991!

Elizondo wrote music and directed some of Janet's videos. They met when he was a back up dancer for her sister. In the divorce he sued Jackson for spousal support.

Maybe an even bigger secret!

Although this was no secret, Janet married James DeBarge in September of '84. The marriage lasted just over a year, divorcing in November of '85, there has been rumor that the two had a baby. Also part of that rumor was that Janet gave up the baby to her sister Rebbie. Some even say she gave the baby up because it had developmental disabilities. Other sources say that she was only 17 at the time and that her family pressured her to adopt the baby out. Others say the Janet never had a baby but that the child in question was her brother Randy's and his ex-wife's.

A striking resemblance

This is Stevanna Jackson. She is an actor who played on the 1998 movie surfers, The Tracy Morgan Show and and appeared in the Nickelodeon hit show Zoey 101 in 2005.

Steveanna has been ruled out as being Janet's daughter and is indeed the daughter of Randy and his ex-wife.

However there is STILL a rumor out there there Janet DOES have a daughter out there some where. Allegedly she kept the baby a secret from James and the rest of the DeBarge family. She took a small hiatus in the 80's.

Jame's mother accused Janet of being pregnant and "disappeared" for a while and when she came back she ended her marriage with James. It's been reported that the Debarge family started an investigation but their efforts showed no proof.

It is quite possible that this "could" be her daughter but not with James as the father but rather Rene Elizondo, Jr's beings that their marriage was keep a secret for almost 10 years!

James DeBarge

Since Janet announced her pregnancy, James came forward claiming that the daughter that Janet allegedly gave up for adoption, has contacted him via email TWO years ago. James said that this woman who claims to be their daughter told him only things that he and Janet would know. He also says that the woman contacted him because she was angry that a different women has been claiming that she was their daughter and she wanted to let him know that SHE was indeed his and Janet's daughter and not this other woman. She also said that her adopted mother told her who her "real parents" were on her death bed. (Doesn't that only happen in movies?) Anyway, the woman also allegedly asked to do a paternity test. Debarge says he hasn't met with her or done the paternity test because he is afraid. Debarge stated that the woman claiming to be his daughter, calls him "Papa" and that she didn't want Janet to know about their conversations because she didn't want to get her "mom" (Janet) in trouble.

Through out the years James Debarge and most other members of their family, struggled with drug addiction, in and out or jails and rehabs. James' brother Bobby died of Aids of which he contracted through his heroin use and as resent as 2014 James had been arrested for drug possession in Los Angeles (methamphetamine).

James' net worth is only $250,000 so basically he would be considered "broke" in the celebrity world. So I say to myself, this is all a little too convenient. I mean if this alleged daughter of theirs wants it kept quiet, why is he bringing it up now? Maybe is just a ploy - a win win in his mind. I mean after all Janet is married to a billionaire and she herself is worth over $150 million!
