#1 Manhattan Model Got Traded In For A Newer Model By Her Sugar Daddy And Now She Wants Him To Pay Her For 'Services Rendered'

A long legged, beautiful Manhattan model, Daniela Zahradnikova, 42, originally from the Czech Republic, was traded in for a new model by her 86-year-old sugar daddy and now she wants him to pay her big bucks for her past 'duties'.

#2 The Couple Had A Partnership Agreement That Benefited Both Equally

Zahradnikova moved into retired banker Henry Buhl's Soho loft on Greene Street in 2006 and provided "wifely duties" for him, including cooking, cleaning and plenty of sex, according to her Manhattan lawsuit. The papers claim that the pair had a partnership agreement and that in exchange for her companionship and household chores, as well as plenty of sex, she would be compensated for her entire life by the wealthy banker and given a home to live in. She also managed his two botigues in SoHo, "Space Sixteen" before the businesses closed down last year.

#3 She Claims She Is Still Owed 'Past Wages' And Compensation For Her Companionship

The report claims that Buhl, now an avid art collector. who is divorced with adult children, has moved on to another girlfriend, but Zahradnikova claims that she's still owed $1.5 million in unpaid wages and that half of his art collection belongs to her based on their verbal agreement a few years ago. She says that her companionship and time are worth more than she is asking the courts to agree on, stating that the amount she is suing for is barely enough money to maintain her lifestyle.

#4 She Is Still Residing At The Shared Home But He Has Started Locking Her Out Of Her Closets

The former couple are now living at opposite ends of his 8,000 square foot mansion though Buhl has told Zahradnikova in 2015 that she has one month to get out of the house. Zahradnikova maintains that she had an 'intimate relationship' with her sugar daddy until at least a few months ago when he started dating another woman, a 40-year-old art critic from New York, claiming that it terrified her and she decided to sue him because he has locked her room doors and the closet's to her wardrobe, making her life miserable.

#5 The Philanthropists Is Happy To Get Rid Of The Model

Zahradnikova started dating Buhl after he picked her up at the Mercer Hotel, where she was a waitress. Zahradnikova said she was attracted to Buhl's soft side. "I looked up to him for his philanthropic deeds," she said, referring to Buhl's founding of the Association of Community Employment, a charity that supports the homeless. "I am certainly not a gold digger and he was not my sugar daddy. We were in love, that's why this is so terrifying to me."

But Buhl is happy to get rid on the model stating that 'I don't want to have an old girlfriend living here while a new one moves in. She's waiting until we eject this Daniela.'

'She wanted to get a full-time job because she wasn't making enough to rent an apartment,' he added. 'Now we have asked her to leave by the end of the month. So she filed a lawsuit. I'm disappointed.'

'I've given her free rent for a long time, for about ten years,' the former executive director of Investors Overseas Service said. 'It never worked.'

#6 She Says She Was Not A Gold Digger But He Owes Her, Big Time

Her attorney, Mike Barrows, said his client maintained an "intimate relationship" with her sugar daddy until at least a few months ago, and as per their arrangement, she is owed money for that service as well as back wages from managing his two retail boutiques.

Attorney Burrows stated that "she's been fulfilling her end of the bargain for many years and gave up a lucrative modeling career to help him out, so he owes her - big time."
