John Goodman's ego got a huge boost this year when he dropped an amazing 100 POUNDS!

John Said: "When your life revolves around being on camera and on stage, you always have to look good for the fans and for yourself. "I know it sounds sappy, but it was a waste. It takes a lot of creative energy to sit on your ass and figure out what you're going to eat next I wanted to live life better."

John feels that his brain has an issue with the dopamine receptors

"In my brain my dopamine receptors are blocked or something. I don't receive enough of it, which is probably why I was an alcoholic for 30 years. Well, I still am one but I haven't had a drink in quite some time. And I'm sure that all had a lot to do with what I do for a living."
