Justin Bieber Is Being Sued For Over $100K For The Most Ridiculous Reason
#1
When you have enough money in your back pocket to buy a small country, everyone wants a piece of you and your cash. So how do the not-so-wealthy make money from the mega rich? They sue them of course. This month it's the turn of Justin Bieber, who is being sued for $100,000 (approximately £69,000) over claims that he broke someone's phone. In Bieber's defence, cell phones now are just not built to last.

The singer was accused of smashing Robert Earl Morgan's mobile phone and the gentleman in question wants some hefty compensation. I knew smart phones were expensive but Morgan has put an incredibly high price tag on his. In hindsight, perhaps Mr Morgan should have brought the insurance his cell phone company most likely suggested. The incident took place in Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas, last month. Apparently, broken phone victim Robert Earl Morgan attempted to film the 22 year old singer chugging a beer bong. According to TMZ, the singer then became "enraged, grabbed his phone and smashed it to pieces". As you can imagine, Morgan says that the phone contained a number of irreplaceable photos, videos and contacts which have now been lost. This really goes to show, you should learn to back up your smart phones. If he manages to successfully sue the singer, perhaps he can use his $100,000 to purchase some smartphone backup software. Though, before this case continues, someone should check the photos in question aren't on the cloud.

Since Morgan is on a money making mission, I would also suggest that he search for websites to sell cell phones and mention in the description that "Justin Bieber touched this". I'm certain a lot of Beliebers will pay a hefty amount to get their hands on that (broken or not). Biebs has yet to comment on these allegations. This incident took place on the same night he got choked in a nightclub by his support act! Oh the drama. Continue over the page for pictures of the incident. Aside from breaking someone's phone and ending up with a potential $100,000 bill for damages, Justin (yes, we are on a first name basis now) also got throttled by his warm up act Post Malone. According to evidence from that night, Justin Bieber stubbed out a cigarette on rapper Post Malone's arm who later retaliated by strangling the singer. Perhaps if this lesson has taught him anything it's that he should try to quit smoking or at the very least, buy an ashtray.

The duo later reported that the entire thing was in jest; in fact Post Malone later took to Twitter to reassure all those in doubt: "I love Justin y'all tripping lol" he followed this with another tweet: "he's my big brother and we like to rough house". The pair then posted another photo in order to make light of the entire situation.
Post Malone followed this with another tweet: "if we was fighting someone would have done something instead of just sit around while the beibs gets chokeslammed" which I suppose settles that.
