Kanye West Surpises Judges By ‘Auditioning’ For American Idol

Kanye West is known for gate-crashing events.

This time it was American Idol. The 38-year-old showed up and ‘auditioned' for the show, much to the surprise of judges Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick Jr and Keith Urban.

Kanye tried to wow the judges with his sing ‘Gold Digger'. Probably because it drops J-Lo's name in it, the suck up. What's even more surprising, if you pay close attention to the video below, is that Kanye is, well, smiling. Madness.

According to Ryan Seacrest's Instagram post, Kanye made it through to Hollywood.

We're not sure why Kanye was pantomiming around at the auditions. It does make us wonder, however, which is more likely, Kanye for President or Kanye to win American Idol?
