Katt Williams was arrested once again on Tuesday, he is being charged with assault, false imprisonment and even terror threats. The comedian was jailed in Hall County in Georgia in what's the second time in recent weeks after a situation with a bodyguard allegedly turned violent, merely days after getting jumped after Williams sucker punched a stranger during a concert.

The press release from the Gainesville sheriff's office stated that Williams, 44, is accused of threatening the bodyguard, Corey Dixon, on Feb. 28. Sheriff's Office deputies executed a search of Williams' home Tuesday on Lake Breeze Lane. Williams and two female acquaintances are accused of confining and assaulting Dixon after he did not engage in criminal acts as directed by Williams. One woman, Tatiana Smith, 24, is accused of choking Dixon and assaulting him with a baseball bat, and Williams threatened to kill him.

#3 All three remain in custody in a Hall County until they will go before a judge on Wednesday afternoon.
In addition to the assault and imprisonment charges Williams also has charges pending for drug possession and firearm charges after authorities found large quantities of marijuana at the residence as a result of the search. The two women involved in the assault were also arrested. Lena Smith faces felony marijuana possession charges. Tatiana Smith was charged with aggravated assault, possession of Xanax and possession of marijuana.
