It's not confirmed yet that whether their surrogate will give birth in the Kardashian's family chosen hospital Cedars Sinai or in some other hospital. Cedars Sinai is famous for having luxury birthing suites.

The couple said on the reality T.V show, The Real, that they had gone through an agency anonymously. They are paying their surrogate $33,000 for carrying their child. Most probably the anonymous surrogate doesn't even know that she is carrying one of the world's most famous celebrity's baby. Her surrogate is married with two children.

Kim wants to know every little detail about her baby girl.

Kim was criticized on media for not making her surrogate part of the family on which Kim replied; "Of course, I want to know every last detail that's going on with my baby and that's super frustrating, but I really trust my surrogate and I don't want to be that person that's trying to control her every move."

Kanye and Kim's been trying for a third kid since 2016. Kim was advised against getting pregnant as she has been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, a medical condition that can result in death.
