Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Hiring A Surrogate For The Birth Of Their Third Child

The Kardashian family never ceases to surprise us. Well, there is big news again as Kim Kardashian recently announced on her show that she is planning to have baby number three with her husband Kanye West. However, the only difference is that keeping in mind the dangerous risks she had to face in her first two pregnancies, she won't be facing these issues this time, as the couple has decided to go with the option of hiring surrogate mother for their next baby.

The couple is already parents to 4-year old North West and 18-months old Saint West.

According to Kim's doctors, she has already suffered from medical conditions like preeclampsia and placental accreta during her first and second pregnancy and if she gets pregnant the third time, there is a high possibility that she might suffer from these conditions again and can lead to a life and death situation. Thus, to avoid high-risk pregnancy she would have to go for this option of hiring a surrogate mother.

Kim Kardashian on her blog also talked about her experience of her first pregnancy and told her fans that during her first pregnancy she suffered from a condition called placenta accreta. It is a condition in which the placenta grows into the wall of the womb and prevents it from easily detaching at the time of birth.

She said, “My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails. How disgusting and painful. My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before. My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that—it was the most painful experience of my life! They gave me a second epidural but we were racing against time, so I just had to deal.”

Kim later had to have surgery to remove the remaining scar tissue and the piece of placenta. In her show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," Kim spoke to Kourtney about her plans and said, "I'm definitely leaning more towards I want to try, after talking to Kanye, I think I always knew that surrogacy was an option, but I didn't think it was that realistic of an option, and now I feel like that's my reality. I feel like surrogacy really is the only other option for me."

Neither Kim nor Kanye has yet publicly confirmed on the surrogacy news.
