During the Art Basel gallery in Miami, 24 year old Siyan Zhao stabbed a woman in the neck.

The female victim said that she noticed that Zhao was following her around the art gallery, and that Zhao kept bumping into her.

Zhao told authorities ... "I had to kill her and two more. I had to watch her bleed."

The other art goers thought it was all staged as part of the exhibit.

People walked right past the women, who was bleeding, assuming it was fake blood.

When paramedics and police arrived on scene, that's when people realized that this woman had really been hurt.

Zhao has been charged with attempted murder and faces jail time for a felony conviction.
