This particular period of the month marks the time when one looses the focus and concentration due to the rise of the estrogen hormone. Typically, this is the ovulation period which is said to be the most fertile phase, with a high level of sexual sensitivity when the premenstrual symptoms start. It is ideally recommended to consume more food, and supplements which will help the women to concentrate on the work.

This phase is said to be the worst phase of a regular cycle, whereby an unpleasant mood persists, along with the tendency of depression, muscle pain, asthma and much more due to the rise of the progesterone hormone in the body. It is very essential to be prepared for this stage by planning your diet. Avoid sugary and fatty food and instead, opt for dark chocolate. If you plan beforehand, you can prevent the conditions in an efficient way.

The remaining days of the month the body starts healing and preparing for the next cycle. One may notice a sudden increase of energy while others might experience slight muscle pain. In general, one will experience less cravings during this stage. However, it is better to avoid medicines especially painkillers during this time.
