The final week between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's trial has started and one can safely say that more drama is yet to take place in the Virginia courtroom.

During last Thursday’s court testimony, Amber Heard gave her testimony in which she shared the painful details about the abuse she suffered during her marriage with Johnny Depp and she name-dropped Depp’s ex-girlfriend, supermodel icon Kate Moss.

When giving her testimony, Heard told the court about the alleged incident that involved Depp pushing Moss down a staircase.

“I just see my little sister with her … back to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her … I don’t hesitate, I don’t wait—I just, in my head, I just instantly think of Kate Moss and the stairs, and I swung at him,” she said.

Kate Moss and Johnny Depp dated each other for 4 years and were rumored to have been engaged before the former couple called it quits in 1997.

In fact, the staircase incident of the couple was never verified.

However, as soon as Heard talked about the staircase incident involving Kate Moss, Depp's lawyer Benjamin Chew turned and gave a fist pump to the cross-examiner, Camille Vasquez, and Depp smirked to himself.

“OK, so trials are, or at least try to be, controlled environments. You can’t just bring up whatever you want,” Maclen explained.

“For example, you generally can’t discuss prior bad acts,” Ashleigh added.

It is reported that Moss and Depp are still on good terms which basically means that if Moss testifies in the court against the incident then this could mean trouble for Amber Heard.

In fact, according to legal experts, Heard's reference of the Kate Moss incident means that Depp's lawyers may be able to bring Moss on as an impeachment witness to deny the occurrence of the staircase story.

“If the other side brings up something they are not supposed to, then sometimes you get to also,” said Maclen.

Now it is all up to the judge on how this matter will be debated in the upcoming court proceedings.
