Lindsay Lohan Is Pregnant, Expecting First Baby With Husband Bader Shammas
On Tuesday morning, Lindsay Lohan revealed some big news.
According to a representative for the Mean Girls actress who has been married to Bader Shammas for almost a year, the Hollywood veteran is expecting her first kid.
The 36-year-old said, 'We are very excited for our new family member to arrive and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!'
The celebrity also disclosed directly to DailyMail.com, 'We are beyond happy for this blessing in our lives and we cannot wait to become parents.'
She was last captured on camera on February 9 at the Christian Siriano catwalk show in New York City. The Parent Trap actress at the time donned loose clothing to cover her tummy.
In order to conceal her pregnancy, she hasn't shown her midsection in her most recent Instagram photos, which have all been neck and up shots.
A white baby onesie with the words "coming soon on the front” was the image that Lohan shared on Instagram.
In the caption, she wrote, 'We are blessed and excited!'
There were also several emojis, including a prayer, a heart, an infant's face, and a baby bottle.
She partied with Paris Hilton, a new mother, in the 2000s, and she posted a heartfelt message: 'Congratulations love! So happy for you. Welcome to the Mommy Club!'
Kyle Richards said, 'OMG So Happy for you!!!' while Melissa Gorga noted, 'Congratulations!! So happy for you' and Bella Thorne shared, 'OMG Congrats!'
After revealing their engagement on social media in November 2021, Lohan and Shammas got married in July 2022.
To protect her privacy, Lindsay relocated to Dubai in 2014. Despite this, she still visits the US on business.
The New York native dated Harry Morton (2006), Wilmer Valderrama (2004), Samantha Ronson (2008–2009), and Egor Tarabasov (2016), with whom she had a failed engagement before she met Shammas.
The Herbie: Fully Loaded actor seems to have been thinking about having children for a very long time.
In 2016, Lohan told Vanity Fair that she hoped to have children in the future. When she stated that she wanted to be busy in the upcoming ten years, "making more films, writing my book, beginning my charity, working with children a lot," the topic came up.
She then added, 'Maybe having some of my own soon – after I get some movies done first.'
And Freaky Friday later added that she was willing to raise kids.
The star of the silver screen stated in July 2018: 'I’ve always said that I would love to have two or maybe four kids, but I have no plans to start my own family yet.’
'I am more likely to adopt a child first.'
Lohan used social media in January to share how satisfied she was with her new life as a bride and to answer questions from her younger self.
