Man Achieves Eye-Popping World Record After Pushing Peepers Nearly 2cm Out Of Sockets

One of the strangest world records belongs to a guy who can pop his eyes roughly 2 cm out of their sockets.

The man who claimed the odd title also claims that he is overjoyed about his accomplishment.

Due to a rare disorder termed voluntary globe luxation, Sidney de Carvalho Mesquita, a Brazilian, can push his eyes out of their sockets by 1.8 cm.

He was nine years old when he first noticed his unusual talent while pulling faces in front of a mirror, according to The Sun.

Additionally, because of his odd appearance, he can find work portraying Uncle Fester from The Addams Family.

“I have no words to describe so much happiness – pure excitement mixed with elation and ecstasy,” he said.

“Having bulging eyes is really an incredible human achievement.”

Sidney loses eyesight when his eyes pop, but he doesn't seem to mind.

It’s like “letting go of part of my body”, he said.

A woman just won the record for eating the most chicken feet in one minute in a weird Guinness World Record.

Vuyolwethu Simanile of South Africa accomplished the incredible achievement by chowing down a whopping 4.26 ounces (121g) of feet in 60 seconds.

In some parts of South-East Asia, chicken feet are considered to be a delicacy.

During the strange competition, Vuyolwethu defeated the challenges of four other foot-eaters.

Each competitor received 300g of chicken feet in a bowl, and they were only permitted to eat one foot at a time.

The competitors adopted a variety of strategies; some tried to wolf the competition down while others went for more measured and calculated methods.

Vuyolwethu was considered to have had a quiet, unassuming approach.
