A good drink is a must when you're enjoying your go-to takeout, like a tasty burger or crispy fried chicken.

A milkshake is usually the top pick, but then you discover it's actually 'warm pee.'

Definitely not the cool beverage you expected with your meal! It's the kind of mix-up you won't easily forget.

In Utah, a guy named Caleb Woods had a strange experience this week, as reported by Fox 59.

He ordered a milkshake and fries from Chick-fil-A using the GrubHub app.

But things went south when he took a sip from the drink the delivery driver brought him. Caleb claims he got sick right after that.

"When I started eating my meal upon delivery, I put a straw in my cup that was delivered and took a sip," the infuriated customer said.

"I soon discovered that the cup delivered to me from the GrubHub driver was a warm cup of urine."

Woods didn't waste any time and called the driver to come back to his house to talk about the crappy situation.

The security cam at Woods' crib caught the crazy moment when the GrubHub driver straight-up confronted the customer again.

"Did you confuse the cups, cause, like, dude — it's a half full of pee," Woods is heard saying as he holds the cup. "Do you realize this is pee?" he added.

In response, the driver explained that he had two styrofoam cups in the car and got mixed up about which contained the milkshake and which held the urine.

He also revealed that he often works long hours without breaks, leading him to use a styrofoam cup as a makeshift toilet.

Woods then reached out to GrubHub in an attempt to get a refund, but the response he received was not exactly what he had hoped for.

"I think it [the order] cost like 25 bucks. They refunded like $18, the actual cost of the food," Woods told Fox 59. "They didn't refund the delivery fee or the tip that I gave."

GrubHub has since issued a statement following the disgusting incident, saying: "We took immediate action with the driver and ended his contract with us.

"We're following up with the customer to apologize and are coaching the representative who was previously in touch with the customer."

Unfortunately, Woods didn't get the refund he hoped for from GrubHub.

So, this weird fast-food mix-up ended on a pretty unsatisfying note.
