Man Needed Therapy After Watching Girlfriend Cheat On Him In Bizarre TV Show

The episode captured Casey Starchak's shock as he and his fellow contestants watched in horror as his then-girlfriend, Ashley, became overly intimate with a man named Ben.

The camera captures Starchak's expression of disgust and shock as he watches his girlfriend passionately kiss Ben, but his worst fears are soon realized.

The scene then shifts to Starchak gasping in horror as cameras reveal that Ashley and Ben have spent the night together and had sex.

Two years ago, Casey posted a video on his newly created YouTube channel, documenting his health and fitness journey and its connection to his experience on Temptation Island.
 
In the video, he shares how the show's intense emotional experience impacted his physical health and motivated him to change his lifestyle positively.

"If you've seen the show things did not go too well for me," he begins.

"You've all seen me at my low... this sad guy getting cheated on by his girlfriend, leaves him and he essentially loses all his gains gets super sad, skinny, depressed, stops eating."
 
He continues: "I'd actually been working out for 12 years before I signed up for Temptation Island, so fitness had been a huge part of my life."

Fast forward to 2019 and things 'went south'.
 
"That five weeks of filming temptation island was the most major setback I've ever seen," he explains, saying he went from 'looking super big and shredded months before to looking like I didn't even work out'.

Starchak attributes his significant physical setback to the lack of access to weights during filming, but also admits that the emotional turmoil of his relationship ending and his girlfriend's infidelity resulted in a loss of appetite.

"So what did I do to not just get back to where I was before but achieve a new level where I'm at now - the best shape of my life?

"Well step one always is: take care of your mental health.
 
"I've never gone to a therapist in my life, but I did go seek therapy and I was able to deal with what I went through, deal with the trauma of the show and the breakup."

"Step one if you ever want to change your physical and get in better shape, always, always make sure your mental health is right," he advises.
 
Following the emotional fallout from Temptation Island, Starchak shares how he sought out the support of the right people and enlisted a coach to guide him toward a healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition.

Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend Ashley claims that she was coerced by Starchak into participating in the show before cheating on him.

One viewer shared the savage moment on Twitter with the caption: "This show is so sick bra wtf you making a man watch his girl get d***ed down like this."

It has since been liked more than 12,000 times and attracted a wave of comments.
