The Chicago-based post starts simple enough: "Roommate needed for relaxed household (Logan Square)."

Once you get into the details of the agreement it sounds like you could be living with the next Craigslist killer.

#2 Before you even think about applying for the room you have to be down with kissing his pet snake.

#3 No Indian visitors for more than one hour is a deal breaker.

#4 4 watches for his dogs… My kind of dog!
