In response to the criticism that has been directed at her, Mia Khalifa has written a mysterious statement on Instagram.
Mia Khalifa Posts Cryptic Message On Instagram As She Appears To Slam 'Haters'
Fans are confused by adult movie legend Mia Khalifa's strange Instagram story in which she criticizes haters.
The story was shared along with an image that had a black background and white words; the hip-hop song Dreams by The Game played over the picture.
The words on the picture read: “They don’t hate you. They hate themselves.”
"You’re just a constant reminder of who they’d rather be & it hurts.”
The mysterious post's actual meaning, which she shared with her 27.7 million followers, is unclear, although it appears to be a response to bad behavior.
The rapper The Game's verified and official Instagram account, @losangelesconfidential, is given credit for the post.
He uploaded the monochrome picture on his account.
Former adult star Mia, who was born in Lebanon, has recently created an infographic on the terrible floods that are now occurring in Pakistan and are estimated to have tragically killed at least 1,200 people.
Mia Khalifa has experienced more hate than she should have throughout the years.
She received horrible threats during her time in the porn industry, most shockingly allegedly from the fanatical terrorist organization ISIS.
Former adult star, now 29, recalled being instructed to wear a headscarf for a shoot when she was 21 years old.
Speaking to BBC 5-Live in 2018 she said: “[The producers] gave me this script and told me what I would be wearing and I said ‘you are going to get me f***ing killed."
“Not even a week later the death threats were racking up. The entire Middle East was after me.”
Online, there are fake videos of her being beheaded, and her account has even been hacked and used to spread propaganda.
