Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino And Brother Marc Facing Jail Time

All those youngsters growing up in the late 2000s are very well aware of the MTV's super popular reality show of the time "Jersey Shore." The series starred the following cast, Angelina “Staten Island Dump” Pivarnick, Jennifer “JWoww” Farley, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Paul “Paulie D” DelVecchio, Ronald “Ronnie” Ortiz-Magro, Samantha “Sweetheart” Giancola, Vincenzo “Vinnie” Guadagnino and Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino.

#2 Tax Fraud

Sorrentino also famously known by his nickname "The Situation" from Jersey Shore may have to spend next 15 years of his life in jail. According to the reports, The Situation and brother Marc have been convicted for committing tax fraud against the government in 2014.

#3 Accused Of Multiple Crimes

The Sorrentino brothers are accused of not paying their share of tax owed on Michael's $8.9 million earned in the years 2010-2012. Not only this but the brothers are also accused of duping the government by depositing the money in different bank accounts to avoid reporting income to the IRS, as well as inflating their business expenses for high-end cars and clothing.

The case was filed against them in 2014.

#4 Spending Next 15-25 Years In Jail?

Following the case, Michael could land 15 years in jail while brother Marc could face up to 25 years.

#5 Pleading Guilty In Court

Michael has agreed to plead guilty in court after initially rejecting the offer in the earlier week. The plea is part of a deal that will be entered in court this Friday.

#6 Family Reunion On It's Way!

The news comes after MTV announced a 'family reunion' of "Jersey Shore" the reality show was set to star seven of the eight original cast members scheduled to return – with only Samantha “Sammi Sweetheart” Giancola opting out of the reunion.

There is still no news on the premiere and also it has not been cleared yet if Sorrentino will be part of the upcoming show.
