The actor used Instagram as a platform to announce the joyful news of their engagement to her fans. The picture she shared was in black and white, featuring her and her partner hugging each other with a dazzling ring on display.
Millie Bobby Brown Announces Her Engagement To Jake Bongiovi
Jake Bongiovi and Millie Bobby Brown have confirmed their engagement.
The Stranger Things actress shared a photo of the couple together with her ring on Instagram.
"I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all," the actor wrote.
Since announcing the wonderful news, fans have flooded the comments section to congratulate the pair.
One follower said: "Congratulations! You are so cute together."
Another commented: "OMG CONGRATSSS."
Son of rock superstar Bon Jovi, Bongiovi, posted a photo to his page and captioned it, "Forever."
The announcement comes after social media users started spreading reports that the couple was getting married.
After viewing a photo of Brown, 19, holding her hand in the air and wearing a huge diamond ring, fans began speculating.
Despite dating since 2021, the relationship wasn't made public until Bongiovi, 20, accompanied the British actor to the BAFTAs last year.
It appears that Brown won't need to make good on the agreement she made with co-star Noah Schnapp, who goes by the stage name Will Byers.
In a recent interview, the couple claimed that if neither of them had found a partner by the time they turned 40, they would get married.
"We said if we're not married by 40, we'll get married together because we'd be good roomies," she told MTV News.
In addition to being dependent on them both still being single after at least 20 years, Brown also mentioned a few other crucial conditions.
She continued: "Completely platonically, we would still be really good roomies.”
"No kids, though, because I could not deal with a child of yours... yeah, that's my dealbreaker too.”
"Yeah, no kids at all. Only dogs... and separate bedrooms, for sure - my God, you're so messy."
However, despite the fact that they might not be married anytime soon, they have developed a bond that will last a lifetime.
They have grown up together both on and off the screen since the sci-fi drama that introduced them was initially broadcast in 2016.
Brown said: "Noah and I have been friends for eight years, I've known you since I was 10.”
"We have built such a friendship together, I feel like. And you're also one of the longest friends I've ever had, I don't know if you know that, but I didn't grow up in school so I didn't have any friends from my childhood, so you really are one of those people for me."
