#1 Tere Lynn Svetlecich Russell is a 43-year-old mother of five children. She and her three daughters are well known in Illinois for one reason. They never cut their hair.

#2 These real life Rapunzels have hair that’s unbelievably long. Tere Lynn’sh air is 74 inches long, her oldest daughter Callan’s is 36.75 inches, Cendalyn’s is 36 inches, and her youngest daughter Chesney’s is 26.25 inches.

#3 In fact, Tere Lynn’s long locks were what first caught her husband Chip’s eye.

"She had amazing hair. Which was something very eye-catching and appealing to me."

#4 Maintaining such long hair is no easy task. Each of the woman in the family uses a quarter bottle of hair conditioner every time they wash their hair.

Tere Lynn says, "My daughters shampoo their hair in the shower and I will stand there with a handheld sprayer. I however do not shampoo my hair in the shower. I tried that once and my hair got so heavy with the water of the shower I landed on the shower floor."

#5 She has got so many awards for her long hair.

#6 They paid their first ever visit to salon.

Salon owner said that their hairs are so helathy and amazaing and she has never seen hair like that before.
