Mom Gives Birth 3.5 Months EARLY, Her Husbands Reaction COMPLETELY Shocked The Family
#1 Each year, about 15 million premature babies are born.
Giving birth long before you expect to can put a load of extra pressure on new parents especially new parents. After all, they may not have fully prepared for their new arrival or even if they have prepared, such shocks always scare them. Aside from that, many health concerns are associated with small babies; nine months is a set time for pregnancy, every day in the womb the baby develops. The scary truth of the matter is that these children need a whole lot more care than others, more than one can imagine
#2 Benjamin Scot Miller’s partner was not due to give birth for another 3.5 months
When she went into labor, it was a massive shock to everyone especially the husband who wasn't ready for this news yet.
Their baby, Ward Miles, was just about 1.5 pounds when he was born. You should keep in mind that the average weight for a newborn is around 7.5 lbs. Now you know the difference?
That means that he was less than a quarter of the size of an average baby. It was a scary time for the whole family, who had to pull together to help one another. The fragile child was frail as he was still not fully grown and deprived of his mother's womb for 3.5 months which is a lot!
#3 As you probably already know, the first year of a premature baby’s life is a crucial time.
There's a multitude of things that can potentially go wrong and by wrong, I mean seriously wrong. That means parents have to be as attentive as possible. Far from shying away from this task, Benjamin did something that no father would've ever thought of doing, what he did was beyond amazing!
#4 He recorded the entire year of his child’s life and presented it as a beautiful, short film.
In the clip (video that he recorded), you can see the progress that little Ward makes over the course of the first few months. No matter what, his family stayed active and welcomed him into the world in the most adorable way possible. Years from now, Ward will be able to look back on this video and know how truly loved he was.
