Mom Sees Baby's Face And Refuses To Keep Him, Then The Nurse Did The Unthinkable

#1 When baby Adam was born he looked a little different to the other kids in the hospital wing.

In fact, he looked vastly different to the majority of newborns. Adam entered the world with no nose or hands, he had no eyelids and his legs were fused together.

However, in other areas he was perfectly healthy he had no problem with his brain, lungs or heart, yet his parents decided they didn't want him. Furthermore, they didn't just refuse to take him home. They told doctors if they forced them, they would poison him. Why? Because they would be ashamed.

Before you all lose your faith in humanity entirely, I should mention that there was a guardian angel looking over Adam that day. Actually, there were two.

#2 When a nurse at the hospital named Jessica Paulraj held newborn Adam in her arms, she knew she couldn’t possibly let him go.

A doctor at the hospital, decided to adopt him.

Adam was later diagnosed with Bartsocas-Papas Syndrome; an autosomal recessive disorder which can result in severe craniofacial, limb and genital abnormalities. His rare condition meant that he had to have serval operations, which didn't come cheap.

Then, something amazing happened. In just a week, members of the Bartsocas-Papas community came together and raised a whopping $100,000 for the baby "nobody wanted." As a result of their love, care and donations, Adam is now able to shut his mouth and close his eyes.

#3 Talking about Adam, his specialist doctor, John van Aalst said: "Is he going to be perfect? Yes, he's already perfect."

Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. Sadly, Adam's birth parents couldn't see that.

However, we can take comfort in the knowledge that other members of society pulled together to help provide him with a home and the love that every single child deserves.
