This girl witnesses the foster mother getting a milkshake for her daughter, while the boy salivates over it, telling him that he can have the little girl's leftovers.
#3 Steps In
After seeing both the foster mother and her daughter get a burger and fries, while the boy only gets fries, she can't believe what she is seeing, but then she hears the boy ask why he only got fries. The foster mother replies that she doesn't get enough money for him to get a whole meal, and that's when the witness just can't take it any longer, and approaches the table.

The woman tells the foster mom that she needs to call her social worker, and that the way she is treating the boy is unacceptable.
#5 About To Call Police
As the woman has had enough, and is about to call the police, host John Quinones steps in to tell her that this was all a set up.

John Quinones has the actors reset the situation, and this time two women overhear the foster mother tell the boy he only has $4 left to buy lunch, while telling her daughter to order whatever she wants, and when the boy leaves, her daughter asks how much money her mother gets for taking care of the boy.

The woman tells the foster mom that she will pay for whatever the boy wants to eat.
