#1. Spread Of Disease
Disneyland might guarantee you happiness but it is not so when it comes to health and cleanliness. There are rumors that there was bacteria in the water at Disney's Fort Wilderness and that a young child died due to complications caused by the infection. Also in 2015, Disneyland in California had an outbreak of measles.
#2. Crowded Pools
Disney rides are dangerous but pools are no less. Two children at Disneyland in Orlando drowned in the pools. Parents claimed that inadequate supervision from life guards caused the accident.
#3. Cruise Nightmares
At Disneyland, cruise ships can't have large pools because waves will form with the slightest motion of the ocean. The food is not that great either.
In 2011, a crew member by the name of Rebecca Coriam, seemed to have just disappeared. Some believe she fell overboard while others say she was murdered.
#4. Incredible Expenses
Disney can drain your bank account. The Huffington Post found that it's nearly impossible to calculate the amount you can expect to spend at Disney, because there are so many packages available. Visiting the Magic Kingdom can cost up to $1,000 per person per day.
#5. Awfully Long Lines
Did you know that the average wait-time for one of the most popular rides, Space Mountain, is an average of 45 minutes. The ride itself takes three minutes only. Other rides that have notoriously long wait times include Splash Mountain, Rock ‘n' Rollercoaster Starring Aerosmith and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Well what if you take a ride during parades when everybody else is busy in watching Mickey waking down the street?
#6. Traffic Congestion
Disneyland can turn into a nightmare if you decide not to stay at expensive Disney hotel. Traffic to and from Disney World in Orlando is so packed that you start to have second thoughts about your decision to visit Disneyland. Kids keep on asking "Are we there yet?". The only way you can save yourself from this nightmare is by getting to the park very very early or by visiting it during off season.
#7. Creepy Characters
Have you ever thought who are the people underneath the full costumes at Disney?. They are a total mystery. So it's no surprise that the people underneath these costumes have been known to take certain liberties. For instance Winnie the pooh has been accused of slapping a child at Disney. An African-American family sued Disneyland for being "racist," claiming that a Alice & Wonderland character in the amusement park refused to touch their children.
#8. Unpredictable Guests
Guests at Disney parks often misbehave. There have been many such jerks for example, in 1981, a man fatally stabbed another man outside the Tomorrowland exhibit because he thought the victim was flirting with his girlfriend. In 1987 a girl was shot in the parking lot of Disney land. The list goes on..
