Mother Arrested After Posting ‘Revenge Picture’ Of Sons 12 Year Old Ex

#1 The woman is facing cyberbullying and other charges for allegedly posting a nude photo of her son’s teenage ex-girlfriend on Facebook.

Danita Michaux, 40, of Brownsville is facing a list of charges including, child pornography, cyber harassment of a child and criminal use of a communication facility.

According to the criminal complaint, it all started when the 12-year-old girl sent a nude picture of herself to her 12-year-old boyfriend. Eventually, the boy and girl broke up.

"A 12-year-old female juvenile sent partially nude photos of herself to her 12-year-old boyfriend," said Trooper Matthew Jardine, of Pennsylvania State Police. "After they broke up, the 12-year-old boy's mother got ahold of the photos and later posted them with sexually disparaging remarks attached to the posting."

#2 The photo was from the waist up, investigators said.

She told investigators she was bullied by Michaux's family, including having the nude photo posted to a Facebook account.

"If you possess a nude photo of a person under the age of 18, you are in possession of child pornography, and if you send it to someone else, you are distributing child photography," said Trooper Jardine.
