NYC Subway Only Lets Dogs Ride If They're In A Carrier, So These Owners Got Creative

There's a new rule in New York City's subways, and owners of large dogs are having to get very creative in response. It reads, "No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container."

Obviously, this is going to be easier for some pet owners to follow than others.

Not only do these dogs get to ride the subway in style, this also looks like a great upper body workout for their owners. In New York, you've got to be efficient these owners seem to have figured out a way to exercise on the go!
