Dermatological expert Dr Sandra Lee performed the procedure on an elderly gentleman who was suffering from an infected lump on his forehead.
Dr Pimple Popper admitted that she initially thought the growth was a huge blackhead - but upon closer inspection she realised that it was a cyst.

It's clear from the video that the gruesome growth has a cyst content and cyst wall, and after sending it to pathology "it was confirmed to me to be a benign epidermoid cyst microscopically".

And then, using a silver hand-pressured tool, she squeezes out the thick yellow puss from the patient's forehead.
