#1 Victoria Justice And Ariana Grande

On Victorious Victoria played Tori Vega and Ariana played Cat Valentine, who were very close on the show. For the first few years of filming the two actresses were pretty good friends off set as well.

Before Ariana Grande was famous for her sexually explicit music, she was just another costar involved in a feud on the series that got her famous.

Apparently, in an interview, she claimed that she was being bullied by the cast of the show, with Victoria Justice assumed to be the biggest bully of them all.

Though the co-stars were close in the early days of their Nickelodeon sitcom, things got tense in 2013 when Victorious ended. Grande accused Justice of not wanting to continue the show via Twitter, and Justice fired back at Grande to “#StopBeingAPhony.”

Justice recently told Seventeen Magazine that though there’s no more drama between the girls, she wouldn’t exactly invite her to hang out — even though she does wish her well.

#2 Blake Lively & Leighton Meester

Blake Lively and Leighton Meester were two of the most popular actresses during the time of their run on Gossip Girl. The two were best friend goals for a while; however, in reality, they absolutely hated each other.

Blake and Leighton reportedly weren’t each other's biggest fans towards the end of Gossip Girl.

A source revealed to Perez Hilton that "After something of a thaw in their relationship, during the final two seasons of Gossip Girl, Leighton and Blake don't speak anymore."

Many rumours have circulated about what went down between the two, but for the most part, the two deny ever having trouble getting along during shooting.

Blake supposedly didn't reach out to Leighton after she got engaged back in 2013, which definitely doesn't sound like Blake. Hopefully, this one is just a rumour.

#3 Will Smith And Janet Hubert

Will found himself in a nasty battle with the original Aunt Viv, Janet Hubert. The two interacted so badly that she actually left the show and was replaced by a completely different actress!

It turns out The Fresh Prince didn’t have as much love for his on-screen aunt as it appeared. While Smith rarely discusses the rumoured incident, Hubert is very vocal about what happened; she’s even called him an “egomaniac” and an “a**hole.” Yikes!

#4 Kim Cattrall And Sarah Jessica Parker

Can you imagine having to pretend that you’re BFFs with someone you couldn’t stand for nearly a decade? This was the case for Cattrall and Parker, who portrayed on-screen BFFs on HBO’s Sex and the City from 1998-2004.

Carrie Bradshaw (played by SJP) and Samantha Jones (played by Kim) were SO close to Sex and the City. It's pretty shocking that behind the scenes the two weren't always on good terms, especially since they also did movie spinoffs for the series as well.

According to reports, Sarah Jessica had an issue when she found out that Kim was making more money than some of the other actresses.

SJP refused to help the situation, putting a pretty big wedge in their friendship. Some rumours also state that SJP was actually jealous of Kim’s character, wishing Carrie was more of a Samantha. The feud was so bad Kim almost didn’t come back for the movies; however, the two have since worked out their problems and are civil enough to at least work together.

#5 Lindsay Lohan & America Ferrera

Lohan’s Ugly Betty gig came to an abrupt end after reports circulated that she had butted heads with show star Ferrera.

Apparently, the Mean Girl was a little out of her element on “Ugly Betty.” After Lohan was rude on the set, Ferrara asked her 6 episodes be cut to 4.

Evidently, it was Lohan’s attitude in general that thwarted her on screen (and probably off-screen) chemistry with Ferrera after one of the scenes they filmed together went unexpectedly, and explicitly, wrong.

#6 Courteney Cox And Jennifer Aniston

Monica and Rachel were probably the closest duos that we saw throughout the entire series on Friends. They had amazing chemistry and never once made us question whether or not they were truly friends off screen.

At one point, however, they actually had some pretty serious issues. Courteney Cox struggled on the show a bit with wanting to get more recognition and desired her character to be a bit more like Rachel. She was jealous of the attention Jennifer got for her famous hairstyle and wished to have more interesting styles like Rachel.

The two definitely had their fights and feuds, but the happy ending is that it only made them stronger. Out of all the BFFs on the list, these two definitely remain among the closest on the list, backing each other up on tabloids and attending major life events together.

All friends have fights, and luckily for us and our love for the show, these two never let anything get in their way.

#7 Scott Patterson and Lauren Graham

They eventually were lovers but Lorelai and Luke spent years as best friends first. Off screen, however, they didn’t like each other much. When asked by reporters if she and Scott were even friends, Lauren had no problem simply saying no.

The two teased at a romance season after season, all the while remaining best friends on the popular series. In reality, however, the two had trouble being in the same room together. Apparently, Scott Patterson is not the easiest guy to work with, and Lauren even stated that she had wished she had actually ended up with Rory’s dad at the end of the show!

#8 Audrina Patridge & Lauren Conrad

Okay so The Hills was a reality show and Audrina and Lauren became friends for the show, so when their friendship fizzled out it wasn't a big deal to most people.

They did, however, seem like good friends on the show, they lived together after all, but in real life, their friendship was pretty much for the show. In 2012, Audrina explained that the girls all went their separate ways but it's not a bad thing.

"I don't really talk to Lauren or see her at all," Audrina told Celebuzz. "I think there was a little bit of a falling out. We kind of went our separate ways. The show brought us together and without that show, we all kind of go back to our own thing."

#9 Shannen Doherty & Jennie Garth

The infamous BFF blowout between 90210’s Garth and Doherty will probably damage Brenda and Kelly shippers for years to come. Garth and fellow co-star Tori Spelling have both spoke out publicly about their problems with Doherty offset.

In fact, Garth went on to write a book called Thoughts from a Hollywood Blonde, where she touched on her relationship with Doherty and how the two sometimes wanted to “claw each other’s eyes out.”

#10 Teri Hatcher & Housewives

Wisteria Lane was full of gossip and drama on Desperate Housewives and despite the sister mentality that most of the characters on the show had, off screen no one liked Teri.

In fact, rumour has it that Teri was cold and kept to herself while the other ladies on the ABC show got along pretty well.

The feud between the cast was so intense that according to reports during their Vanity Fair cover shoot both Eva Longoria and Marcia Cross threatened to leave the shoot if Teri was in the middle of any shot. Plus, when the series wrapped the gift to the crew was from four of the five leading ladies and Teri was NOT one of them.

#11 Isaiah Washington and Patrick Dempsey

Isaiah Washington and Patrick Dempsey have often been referred to as heartthrobs by the fans of the show; however, they saw each other as enemies during the filming of the series.

A heated argument between Grey’s Anatomy co-stars Washington and Dempsey got so intense that it came to blows when Washington assaulted Dempsey during the mayhem.

Washington didn’t make things any better for himself by insulting his fellow co-star T.R. Knight with gay slurs, which more or less contributed to Washington being written off the series.

The altercation, as well as the hate speech, actually got Isaiah in a ton of trouble, though he denied ever saying something so terrible. He left the show to seek help for his anger management. The show is one that lost characters often due to various deaths and other reasons, but this one was a bit more dramatic as it had a real life feud behind it all.

#12 Mariah Carey And Nicki Minaj

If you had to think of two of the biggest divas in Hollywood, Mariah and Nicki would probably pop into your head at some point. There’s nothing wrong with being a diva; they’re just two independent, successful women who know how talented and powerful they are in the music industry.

Bruised egos while shooting American Idol Season 12 eventually led to Carey and Minaj’s ongoing bitter rivalry.

Mariah spent a lot of her time making passive aggressive jabs at Nicki to the point that Nicki had an explosive rant leaked to the press following a fight with Mariah.

Evident both on and off screen, there was a lot of backhanded (albeit hilarious) shade, violent threats and side-eyes exchanged between these two.

Needless to say, the divas will probably never reconcile.

#13 Emily Osment And Miley Cyrus

The two had a lot of difficulties when shooting the series that got them both famous together. They often argued on set and would sometimes subtweet about each other.

Since the wrap of the show, both claim that their relationship is fine and have even been seen together reunited several times. The two aren’t real life BFFs, but they’ve improved since fighting once the cameras switched off.

#14 Lucy Liu and Bill Murray

According to sources from the set, Murray stopped a scene of “Charlie’s Angels” and said that he didn’t understand what Liu was doing there—that she couldn’t act. Liu allegedly then threw punches at Murray and the two were separated.

#15 Lea Michele and Naya Rivera

Rumour has it Michele had Rivera written off the show, but it was all because Rivera called Michele out on her diva behaviour.

Apparently Michele had the habit of walking off set and making everyone wait for her. Rivera complained, but the all-powerful Michele just had her removed.
