Paris Hilton, known as one of the few original social media influencers in the world has opened up about her family plans and her priorities this year. Hilton shared that she would like to have twins first and if she has a choice then it would be a boy first. Further, the heiress said that if she has a daughter, she wouldn't like her to be an influencer, rather it would be cool if she is a nerd and she becomes a scientist or something.
Paris Hilton Reveals Her Motherhood Plans, Says Becoming A Mom Is Her Top Priority
The Hilton hotel heiress has opened up about her new goals in 2022 and shares that she is shifting all of her focus to becoming a mom.
The 40-year old has opened up about her plans of expanding her family, saying having a child is "definitely one of my top priorities."
"I cannot wait," she told E!'s Daily Pop, revealing that she would like "two or three" kids.
"I would want twins first," she added. "I don't know it's hard to say. I always wish I had an older brother because I feel like if I did then he would protect me and things like that in school."
Apart from having twins first, Hilton shared that if it was her choice, then she'd want "a boy first."
Even though Hilton managed to make a remarkable fortune out of her job as an original social media influencer she made it clear that she wouldn't want her future daughter to become one.
Hilton shared her thoughts on social media on the Peacock docuseries, Paris In Love, which follows her and now-husband Carter Reum's engagement and three-day wedding.
The couple talked about their future kids with Hilton telling her husband that she hopes that their kids won't spend much time on their phones.
"I hope they're having so much fun they don't even want to be on the phone," she revealed.
Reum then brought up the idea of their children using social media, and Hilton, who has over 17 million Instagram followers, said she hoped her future daughter isn't interested in becoming an influencer who relies on the internet.
"That's literally the last thing I would want for my daughter," Hilton said of her child using social media. "Like, being an influencer in this world, I just think it's so toxic. Of course, there's the good and the bad, but a lot of it is just really bad."
In an interview with Insider, Hilton said she thinks social media creates pressure to be "perfect."
"I just feel that it can be toxic in some ways where I really wouldn't want my daughter in this world because I just think there's so much emphasis on being perfect," she said.
"And then having people be mean and write rude comments. I just wouldn't want my daughter to have to experience that."
"But I won't be able to control that obviously," she added. "If she does want to do it, she can, but I would rather her just be a nerd who wants to be a scientist or something."
Hilton got married to her husband Reum in a super lavish wedding in November 2021. The couple tied the knot at Hilton's late grandfather Barron's $61.5million Bel-Air estate.
The beautiful bride sported a custom Oscar De La Renta gown as she tied the knot with venture capitalist Reum after two years of dating.
The ceremony was attended by notable celebrities of Hollywood and Hilton looked stunning in her show-stopping gown.
