Plus-Size Model Ashley Graham Makes Cover Of Vogue With A Very Ironic Twist

Let’s just take a minute here to say it’s pretty much a load of crap that she’s still referred to as “plus-size” when she is actually smaller than the average woman, healthy, and fit.

With that said, she was told she would never be on the cover of Vogue for that reason, but you can find her on the March issue along with Liu Wen, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Imaan Hammam, Adwoa Aboah, and Vittoria Ceretti.

According to Vogue, each model “proudly inhabits her own particular gorgeousness in her own particular way. Together they represent a seismic social shift: The new beauty norm is no norm.”

#4 That's awesome, but what isn't so awesome is the reaction on Instagram, as people felt that a couple of things were "off."

#5 Not only Ashley covering her leg, but the apparent Photoshop of Gigi's mutant hand.

#7 Given the pro-body context of the cover, the fail is upsetting a lot of people.

#10 But can we be certain that Gigi’s hand is actually Photoshopped, or do those fingers belong to Ashley?

#11 Maybe Ashley’s left hand just wrapped around her own waist giving the illusion of a very long Gigi arm?

Or it’s just Photoshopped because you can’t believe everything you see all the time.
