The Oakland Police Department has launched an internal investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct involving police officers, it said in a statement today.

The officers under investigation have been placed on paid administrative leave, the department said, adding that it takes allegations of employee misconduct "seriously."

Celeste Guap, believed to be between 18 and 19 years old, has come forward to admit that she allegedly had sex with more than a dozen Oakland police officers beginning when she was only 16 years of age.
#4 She called her relationships “harmless,” Guap admits that “The only officer I ever messed with underage is sadly gone now.”
