#1 Eccentric Cat Lady
Chris from "Chris Beats Cancer" is also a landlord. He has several rental properties and basically lets his tenants do what they like as long as they pay their rent on time. At this house, he has had the same tenant for seven years. He refers to the single woman as an "eccentric cat lady," and when she got a little behind on her monthly rent he decided to go and have a talk with her.
#2 This House Is Crazy Filthy
She wasn't home when he arrived to ask about the rent due so he took a peek into the windows, where he was just aghast at the garbage and piles of junk he saw. He decided to go back the next day to try once again. She came to the door looking pretty strange, wearing a nightshirt and hair a mess. She told him that she had lost her job and was behind on everything by over three months. She told him she couldn't pay the rent because she had no money and her house was a mess because she was going through 'some emotional problems'.

#3 The Flies Were Swarming
She moved out that Monday, so he went back with a camera and recorded what he found. Piles and piles of trash in the entire house. Cat food and feces throughout the building, garbage, books, papers at least knee high in the living room. In the kitchen, he found a sink full of muddy water and dozens of jugs full of urine. The flies and stench were so bad he had to retreat and go into another room to escape it before he almost vomited.

In the bathroom, he almost passed out as he found, beside the toilet, a pile of USED toilet papers and feces. The mound was as high as the adjacent vanity stand and smelled horrid. The tub was no longer white, but instead a dark grey and filled with human and cat feces.
