For the three of you who don't know him, Remi Gaillard is a French dude who is notorious for pulling off some insane pranks and posting them on Youtube. He is very good at his job, he has gotten away with throwing smoke bombs at military police and driving go karts through grocery stores. In this video he poses as a doctor and patients who end up in absurd situations in order to get reactions out of the bystanders.

Of course not everyone appreciates the joke, a few people who were subjected to mysterious tablets being put in their drinks or giant suppositories shoved up their butts got a little angry at Remi. That's expected, and Remi understands what sacrifices he will have to make for the sake of comedy.
