#1 Barack Obama

The country's 44th President has always rocked a wise look, but let's just say that after two terms in office, that wise look has evolved into something much, much more.

#2 Ronald Reagan

I'm not going to lie, Reagan pretty much looked the exact same at the end of his second term as he did when he first moved into the White House. No wonder the dude was an actor...

#3 John F. Kennedy

Though his presidency only lasted a few years, JFK's appearance definitely transformed while living in the White House. His once healthily round face thinned out significantly and it's pretty hard to ignore those bags under the eyes.

#4 Bill Clinton

No matter what he does, it seems like the world just loves Bill Clinton. In fact, when he left office he did so with one of the highest approval ratings of a U.S. president since WWII! Check out big Bill's hairline...

#5 George W. Bush

A lot of stuff happened while America was being run by President George W. Bush 9/11, of course, the War on Terror, and then the economy basically crashed and it all really took its toll on Georgie boy's appearance.

#6 Abraham Lincoln

Good ol' Honest Abe served as U.S. President for four years, and in that time lead his country through the Civil War and towards the abolishing of slavery. If you don't think his time in office was stressful just take a look at him in 1861 and then again in 1865.

#7 Jimmy Carter

Like most of history's American Presidents, Jimmy Carter also experienced just how much ones appearance can change from stress. I think his facial expression says it all. That thick head of hair never really stood a chance...

#8 Richard Nixon

The 37th President of the United States Of America definitely had one of the more interesting terms in office, and his before and after shots make that pretty obvious. Maybe it was the fact that he also spent time as the nation's Vice President, but when Nixon left the office he looked like a much wrinklier version of himself.

#9 Franklin D. Roosevelt

FDR entered office way back in 1932 and remained there for a whole 12 years. Such a lengthy tenure in office definitely played a big part in his physical transformation but it's not like Americans aren't grateful. In fact, Roosevelt is often considered one of the top three American Presidents along with Washington and Lincoln.

#10 Gerald Ford

Gerry, Gerry, Gerry... just two years after his inauguration he already seemed like all he wanted in life was a good long nap. Look at those tired eyes!

#11 George H.W. Bush

Much like his son, the world noticed a pretty drastic change in George Senior's face when his time in office came to an end. What can I say? Being president isn't easy, people!

#12 Dwight D. Eisenhower

Believe it or not, eight years as President didn't really do too much to Eisenhower's appearance. Besides having a little more meat on his bones, Dwight still looked just as happy moving out of the White House as he did when he moved in

#13 Harry S. Truman

Eight years in office left Harry S. Truman with quite a few more wrinkles than he originally had. I guess dealing with Nazi Germany throughout WWII can be pretty stressful.
