Racist Customer Caught On Camera Calling Black Store Manager A ‘monkey’

A TikTok user @maddens.mama uploaded a video with the caption, “Karen tests my sister, the MANAGER. Seek help boo.”

The video begins with the woman already in the middle of a complete meltdown, screaming at the store manager, calling her an “ignorant mo***r-f***ing B***h”.

The manager then asks the customer to leave. Then woman starts collecting her belongings but continues with her screaming.

“Oh, I’m leaving,” she replies. “You’re going to be leaving soon, too. I promise you that, you f—king no good b**ch.”

The manager who is surprisingly calm throughout the exchange replies, “Okay, that’s fine. Bye, have a good day,”

“F—k you, you f—king Black bitch!” she says as she is about to leave.

“Okay, that doesn’t bother me.”

“F—k you!”

“Okay, have a good day!” replies the manager to the woman as she leaves.

By this point, the customer has already exited the store but returns to keep screaming at the manager. This is where she escalates the situation and calls her a “f***ing monkey.”

Commenters were shocked and disgusted by the woman’s racist behavior and also commended the calm demeanor of the store manager.

“She clearly kept goin’ because she wanted a reaction out of the girl. I’m happy she didn’t give her one.”

The original uploader of the video then gave some context. The racist woman was trying to return a pair of sneakers that had already been worn. This incident occurred at a Ross store in Missouri.

The store manager, who is also the TikToker’s sister stated in a text.

“Honestly, I want people to stop making excuses for [their] actions,” “She was racist because she [chose to be]! That was her choice!!!!”

And, “we have to be better for our children.”
