#1 Social Experiment Gone Wrong As 29 Year Old gets Arrested For Hate Crime

He called his beating of an elderly man a "social experiment" but police didn't think so.. they arrested 29 year old Conrad Barrett for a hate crime, and he was sentenced for assault on elderly, Roy Coleman.

#2 He Video Taped His Entire Beating Of An Elderly Black Man

According to reports, Barrett decided to just pull over and hit a black man at random, when he came upon Mr Coleman. He stopped his car, with video camera running, punched the elder in the face and knocked him to the ground. He then drove off and was was arrested shortly after the attack, when he showed the video to an off-duty police officer.

#3 He Claims His Attack Was Part Of A Game To See If He Could Make The News

In the video he recorded, he claims that his goal is to see if he hits the man, if the story would be nationally televised. He said that it took a lot of courage to do what he did, and calls his act a "social experiment." Police didn't see it that way. They called the scene a senseless assault. The elderly victim was left on the ground as the assailant drove off laughing.

#4 He Was Playing KNOCKOUT, A Game Online Where People Seek Out Unsuspecting Victims And Beat Them On Video

But this isn't Barrett's first time pulling such a crime. He said that he is playing an online game called "Knock Out" where you record yourself running up to homeless people or elderly and beat them or knock them to the ground, then share your accomplishments online.

The video shows Barrett driving around the streets and explaining his disgraceful plan and he searches for anyone to act it out on. He is giggling as he yells out "knockout' when he hits Coleman in the face.
