#1 Billy Had A Toothache
Billy only had one upper tooth to start with and it was just killing him. Unfortunately, for Billy the nearest dentists office was over two hours away in Dallas and he had no money or insurance to cover a tooth extraction anyway. Lucky for Billy that his friend was a Redneck Dentist.
#2 They Started By Numbing Billy Up
His friend Alex decided that he could pull Billys aching single tooth for free and it would only take a few seconds. He got Billy sloshed on Jack Daniels before the surgery so that he wouldn't feel the pain. Next, he grabbed his trusty old pliers, unsanitized and fresh from the toolbox.

#3 Smile For The Camera
With a quick and steady jerk, the snaggletooth is yanked from Billys head. That's got to hurt! Here, have a few swigs of Jack, and take these unidentified pills for your pain. Someone at the "event" warns him to be careful for a little while and not to "smoke any cigarettes for at least two hours." They also give him other professional instructions and warn him about dry socket, so he keeps drinking his Jack Daniels.
