1 cup organic maple syrup
1 tbsp organic flaxseed
1 tbsp sage essential oil
1 tbsp raw organic honey
1 organic lemon, freshly squeezed
1 cup water
Mix the maple and the water and cook on low to medium heat for 15 minutes. Add everything else to this mix and cook another 15 minutes on low temperature. Refrigerate after cooking.
