It doesn't matter if it's Satanist propaganda or allegedly having a rib taken out, Marilyn Manson has always courted controversy and it doesn't appear that he is slowing down anytime soon.

His latest stunt though may have gone a little overboard. On Sunday, November 5th Manson made quite the entrance to his show.

During his concert in San Bernadino, Manson was wheeled on stage by his medical assistant to perform the song "We Know Where You Fuking Live". That wasn't what shocked people. What caused the outrage was that he came out with a microphone attached as a scope on a fake assault rifle.

While performing the song, Manson took aim and pretended to spray the crowd with bullets while he was wheeled around the stage.

When you consider that San Bernadino is still reeling from the terrorist mass shootings in December 2015, it becomes pretty easy to see where Manson crossed the line.

To make his timing even more horrid, 26 people were just killed in an attack on a church in Texas on the same day just a few short hours before Manson's concert. Combine that with the Vegas shootings last month and you find a horrible climate for anyone attempting to pull a stunt like this.

It's hard to figure out if this stunt Manson has pulled is tasteless or a remark on the gun control topic that is so hot right now. It's possible that it's both. People can't seem to decide.

This is far from the first time that Manson has been associated with horrific mass shootings. In the late 90s, Manson was almost exclusively blamed for influencing the shooters in the Columbine massacre.

Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris were supposedly avid fans of the shock rocker. This fact ended up being disputed until it was proven false.

Manson stated in an interview back then that the blame he received for Columbine, nearly destroyed his entire career.

Either way, blame or no blame, I don't think Manson is going to slow down and tone things down anytime soon. I leave you with this video of the controversial concert. Decide for yourself how you feel about it and let us know in the comments.
