What is it with adults and kids these days; first we have the Kat Williams fight and now this video has been released of an incident where an officer in uniform completely smashes a 12-year-old girl to the ground.

I said smash because there's no way her head didn't take the brunt of that, and that's an officer that needs to be fired. If you don't feel you can contain the fit of a young girl without bringing bodily harm, you probably shouldn't be around them. This is atrocious.
