#1 Don't hold in that sneeze.

Sneezing is a natural thing. At some point, everyone has tried to hold back a sneeze as they often occur at inopportune times. What you should realize is that trying to hold one back could be the last thing you ever do. For some unlucky people, holding in a sneeze could cause a blood vessel in your neck or head to explode. Probably not worth it to hold in that sneeze after all huh?

#2 Pee coming from your mouth?

This will sound weird but when you pee, a little bit can end up in your mouth. You may wonder "How the heck does that happen?" You see when you pee, some of it actually moves up your salivary glands. Where do salivary glands end? The mouth. So when you pee, a bit comes out of your mouth. At least pee is normally cleaner than your saliva.

#3 The amount of skin you shed.

Snakes are not the only creatures on Earth that shed their skin. Humans tend to shed around 600,000 dead skin cells in a single hour. You would never know it because it normally comes off as super small dandruff looking flakes. By the time you reach old age you have lost over 100 lbs of skin in this manner. Hey, at least the skin is replaced regularly.

#4 Drinking Snot.

This one is really nasty. Your nose makes about a liter of snotty mucus daily. You never see most of that mucus because it's housed in your gastrointestinal tract. The snot that you do see is only a small portion of what you actually produce. The rest gets swallowed. Yummy.

#5 A pair of boobs is nice but what about more?

Humans come in all shapes and sizes. No two people are alike. We like to think that people share some common traits like two hands, two feet, two breasts but even that's not always the case. Due to genetic mutations and birth defects, some people are born with more than the usual amount of certain body parts. For women, polymastia is a condition that causes them to be born with more than the standard two breasts. The crazy part is these extra boobs don't always grow on their chest. They can grow anywhere on the body. Pretty strange right?

#6 Infested eyelashes are a thing.

Some people have mite infestations living in their eyelashes. They grow deep down in their pores and hair follicles and start feasting on dead skin. Since they reproduce quickly, this can get out of hand pretty fast.

#7 Your mouth is a bacterial breeding ground.

Many of you already know this but your mouth is a disgusting place. There are upwards of 700 distinct forms of bacteria that reside in there. A really creepy fact is that you have more bacteria crawling around your mouth than there are humans on Earth. If that's not a reason to brush your teeth, I don't know what is.

#8 There is really no way to avoid having sweaty, nasty, stinky feet.

Feet are not among the most attractive body parts for anyone who doesn't have a foot fetish. Your feet produce around a pint of sweat from their 500,000 sweat glands each day. That sweat alone isn't what causes feet to stink. The bacteria that breed in the dark recesses of your shoes are what causes the smell. It's nearly impossible to get rid of them so aside from washing your feet every 30 minutes or so, you're just going have to live with having stinky feet.

#9 Pooing out your mouth is actually a thing.

Now this one should really throw you for a loop. Pooping and puking are probably two of the nastiest things that humans do but did you know there is something even worse? Copremesis or "Fecal Vomiting" is a real thing and it can happen to anybody. What happens is that when you have a bowel obstruction your gastric muscles begin to contract which can then cause the poop to travel out the wrong way so you literally puke poop. And here I always thought this was just something that South Park made up.

#10 Stop using Q-tips. Earwax is fine.

People have this strange need to rid themselves of earwax. So much so that we have invented things just to get rid of it. The thing is, earwax is good for you. It keeps your inner ear safe from particles. It's also self-cleaning so those Q-tips you are using are only pushing the wax deeper into your ear where it can't be removed. This will eventually give you infections and a ton of pain that could have been avoided.
